Job Description

Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery on schedule and within budget. Oversee project finances including cost reporting, forecasting, pay applications, subcontract management, and change orders. Utilize Procore for project administration, documentation, reporting, and team collaboration. Partner closely with field leadership, owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Drive project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor. Multifamily, hospitality, townhome, or large-scale commercial construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of project financials, cost controls, forecasting, and pay applications. Proficient with Procore and construction management technology. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams. Construction-related degree preferred but not required. Stable work history with reputable contractors or developers.
