Order Management & Customer Experience Specialist

Ravago Americas seeks a Customer Service Order Manager to oversee the flow of customer orders and make critical decisions to address each need with creativity and professionalism. You will strengthen account relationships and reduce order errors while ensuring timely delivery. In this role you will manage accounts, enter orders, coordinate with warehouses, and liaise with pricing staff to ensure correct invoicing.
