Customer Experience Associate - Inbound Quotes & Orders

You will be the front line for quote requests, enter quotes and orders, and establish commit dates at order entry. You will support Sales with account information, upsell opportunities, and timely follow-up while maintaining accuracy and a high standard of customer service.
