Service Manager
Are you an experienced high-line automotive professional who knows how to lead a team, build customer relationships, and grow a shop the right way? Do you take pride in running a clean, organized, and honest operation while still driving strong sales performance? We have created a unique dealership for enthusiasts of performance cars including Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, BMW, Mercedes, Lotus and more. We are growing and moving to a much larger facility in San Carlos, CA. We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Service Manager with experience servicing owners of high-end cars and self-driven to achieve better results for the service department. We're offering an incredible opportunity for a Service Manager or experienced Service Advisor looking for his/her next career move. Scope of Work:
- Manage daily operations of the automotive shop
- Lead and support a small team of 2 highly competent technicians
- Build strong customer relationships and retention
- Drive business growth and increase shop revenue
- Manage operational reporting
- Maintain workflow efficiency and accountability
- Help establish a strong, positive shop culture
- Ensure ethical sales and repair practices
