Art Director

Providing design leadership in a remote, full-time capacity, the Art Director will guide creative concepting for print and digital products, mentor a team of designers, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client objectives and brand strategy. Key Responsibilities Provide design leadership in developing and communicating creative concepts for print and digital products Lead, mentor, and develop a team of designers through direction, coaching, and feedback Create high-quality print layouts and manage the preparation of design files for production Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred 6-9+ years of design experience with a strong focus on print, including at least 3 years in cross-functional teams Prior experience leading or mentoring designers Strong design portfolio showcasing excellent typography and modern design aesthetics Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with familiarity in tools like Figma
