Senior Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with the Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, GAAP-compliant financials and drive process improvements across a NetSuite ERP environment. Duties: Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliation Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy Manage general ledger activity and maintain integrity of financial records within NetSuite Conduct variance analysis and support budgeting/forecasting efforts Assist with audit preparation and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors Supervise and mentor accounting staff, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for senior leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finanance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred Required: hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
