Housing Case Manager — Full-Time with Benefits

Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York

Catholic Charities of Orange, Sullivan & Ulster is seeking a full-time Housing Case Manager for the Sullivan County Case Management program. The role supports Permanent Supportive Housing clients, coordinates with landlords and providers to access housing, and ensures coordinated care and proper documentation. Hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential extra hours for deadlines and events. A valid NYS driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a GED/HS diploma are #J-18808-Ljbffr Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York
