Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and be able to interpret and analyze large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our business operations. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources Develop and maintain databases and data systems Identify trends and patterns in data and provide insights to inform business decisions Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements Develop and implement data quality and validation procedures Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a real estate or related industry Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Growth opportunities within the company A dynamic and collaborative work environment Supportive and knowledgeable team members A chance to make a significant impact on the success of our business If you are a data-driven individual with a passion for using data to drive business decisions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
