Safety ManagerLaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing electrical construction company to hire a Safety Manager for their Hoffman Estates, IL location, supporting data center and critical infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for a construction safety professional who wants to build and implement safety processes — not just enforce them — in a fast-paced, high-growth environment working directly alongside contractors and field crews.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and enforce site-specific safety plans for construction and data center projectsWork directly with contractors and field teams to implement safety processesConduct regular jobsite inspections and auditsIdentify hazards and ensure corrections happen before incidents occurLead toolbox talks, safety orientations and trainingOwn procedures around lockout/tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, fall protection and confined spaceInvestigate incidents and near misses, documenting root cause and corrective actionsServe as the point person for OSHA compliance, client safety requirements and third-party auditsMaintain safety documentation, certifications and training recordsHandle new-hire safety and compliance processesPartner with Project Managers and Superintendents on pre-task planning and project safetyWhat's Needed?3+ years of experience as a Safety Manager in constructionStrong working knowledge of OSHA 1926OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500 or CHST preferredData center, electrical construction or critical infrastructure experience a plusNFPA 70E / arc-flash knowledge valuableHigh-voltage, switchgear or critical-infrastructure experience a plusHighly organized with the ability to manage safety documentation across multiple platformsStrong communicator comfortable working directly with contractors, subs and field crewsConfident, resilient personality — able to hold contractors accountable and enforce safety standardsWhat's In It for Me?Opportunity to build and shape safety processes from the ground up, not just police themWork on high-growth data center and critical infrastructure projectsOperate independently with strong support from leadershipMedical, dental and vision benefitsKey DetailsCompensation: $50-$55 per hourBenefits: Medical, dental and visionLocation: Hoffman Estates, ILWork Model: Onsite/field-basedSchedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8am–4pmIf you're a construction Safety Manager who wants ownership over building a safety program in a growing organization, apply today!
