You'll provide hands-on nursing care while helping coordinate the day-to-day healthcare needs of the facility.This is an opportunity for an experienced LPN who enjoys autonomy, organization, teamwork, and making a difference.What You'll DoProvide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare settingComplete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditionsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedRespond to urgent and emergent healthcare needsCoordinate daily healthcare activities and help maintain continuity of careCommunicate with medical providers, correctional staff, and SHP leadershipMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSupport compliance with company policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirementsHelp establish organized and consistent healthcare processes at the new sitePromote a professional, respectful, and patient-focused healthcare environmentQualificationsWhat You'll BringCurrent, unrestricted Georgia LPN licenseStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and confidently make sound clinical decisionsDependability and professionalismAbility to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary teamPrevious leadership or healthcare coordination experience is a plusCorrectional healthcare experience is welcome, but not requiredStart Something New With SHPThis isn't about stepping into someone else's routine.
