Quick Facts Location: New Ulm, MN Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Monday-Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Cert: Minnesota license required Experience: Previous hematology/oncology experience preferred but not mandatory Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $124.12/hour Pay Package: Competitive pay, weekly direct deposit Benefits: Medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure/reimbursements, comprehensive support services, referral bonuses, 24/7 support team What You’ll Do Manage outpatient hematology and oncology patient caseloads, including those with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies Collaborate with hematologists/oncologists, infusion teams, and support staff using Epic EMR for coordinated care Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and perform clinic procedures Provide patient education on treatments and supportive therapies Support and inform multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives and documentation tasks What You Need Current Minnesota license as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) Experience in hematology/oncology preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based outpatient setting About the Assignment This outpatient hematology/oncology position is based at a prominent hospital with 686 beds, serving a diverse patient population. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including infusion and supportive care services, to deliver comprehensive cancer care.
