Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process customer orders.
- Source products and negotiate sales and purchase prices.
- Promote company products and generate sales.
- Follow up on backorders and expedite deliveries.
- Assist with inventory pulling, shipment preparation, and customer returns.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and industrial products is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
