Human Resources Coordinator
InterDent Service Corp
InterDent Service Corp is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations for our multi-site dental practices. In this role, you will assist with full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration coordination, and HR compliance. You will prepare HR reports, track licensure and credentialing documents, and respond to employee HR inquiries with a strong customer-service focus. Partnering closely with practice managers and HR leadership, you’ll help ensure consistent HR processes, support performance and training initiatives, and promote InterDent’s collaborative, patient-focused culture across supported locations.
