Human Resources Specialist

Job Title: Human Resources Specialist Location: Hillsboro, OR Compensation: $24.25/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm (Training: 3-4 weeks, hours Monday-Friday 7am-4pm) Responsibilities: Communicating with staffing agencies, employees, and managers. Creating and driving employee engagement events and activities. Publishing the calendar. Data entry, management, and correction of various Excel files. Providing onboarding training to workforce as needed. Reviewing and approving discipline documents. Qualifications: HR, recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Basic Microsoft Office skills.
