Occupational Therapist - Acute RehabilitationWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our acute rehabilitation team. This role involves providing specialized treatment to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses, focusing on maximizing their health, function, and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.Implement therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Educate patients and families about rehabilitation processes and techniques.ScheduleThis position is a full-time role with a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.LocationCentral TexasRequired Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent Occupational Therapist License.BLS certification.Preferred 1 year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.Basic computer knowledge and effective communication skills in English.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
