Experienced Tax Accountant

Our Client are seeking an Experienced Tax Accountant with 5-7 years of public accounting experience to join a well-established boutique CPA firm specializing in sophisticated tax services for closely held businesses, trusts, private foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong technical tax knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build meaningful long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including: Individual 1040 Partnership 1065 Corporate 1120 / 1120-S Fiduciary/Trust 1041 Exempt Organization 990-PF Prepare and review quarterly and year-end tax projections and estimates. Assist clients with tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities. Conduct tax research and analyze complex technical tax issues. Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters and inquiries. Ensure accurate, complete, and timely filing of tax returns. Assist with training and mentoring junior accounting staff. Qualifications 5-7 years of public accounting tax experience required. Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and exempt organization tax returns. Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred. Master's degree in Taxation is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks preferred.
