Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare recruitment to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and recruit top talent in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring manager interviews, and facilitate the offer process
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a healthcare environment
• Experience recruiting for clinical, allied health, and administrative healthcare positions
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and online recruiting platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
