Key Responsibilities:

• Circulating and scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Preparing and maintaining a sterile environment within the operating suite
• Monitoring patient status, advocating for patient safety, and supporting post-op recovery
• Documenting all procedures and patient interactions per hospital policies
• Quickly adapting to changing surgical schedules and priorities

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and unencumbered RN license, with eligibility to practice in Colorado
• Recent Operating Room experience required (circulating and scrubbing preferred)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications a plus)
• Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
