Inside Sales Coordinator

IFP Motion Solutions Inc. is a growing motion control corporation. Our business spans four locations and brands. Our customers include industrial manufacturers, mobile integrators, and fluid power OEMs. Combined with our knowledgeable sales team and expansive inventory, we can design, prototype, manufacture, or service any conceivable motion control system.
Summary:
Become part of a rapidly growing business by joining IFP Motion Solutions as an Inside Sales Coordinator. This position is for our Kansas City, KS location.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls for quotes, order entry, delivery information, troubleshooting and application questions. Job requires sitting for extended periods of time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Have strong computer skills including the MS Office Suite and experience with an ERP or CRM system. Must demonstrate exceptional people skills, customer service experience in a technical industrial environment, and above-average mechanical aptitude. Previous experience with hydraulics a plus.
Experience:
Two years customer service. Two years in an industrial or technical environment.
Education:
High School Diploma required. Two-year degree preferred.
