Overview: We have immediate openings for Civil Litigation Attorneys to join our Omaha practice. While we are primarily seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience , we welcome applications from all experience levels . This role offers the opportunity to handle meaningful, forward-facing client work and contribute to a dynamic, collaborative practice group. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities: Managing all phases of civil litigation, from initial research and writing to appearances at hearings and depositions. Handling diverse defense matters with the ability to manage assignments independently and with minimal supervision. Engaging in strategic case management with opportunities for trial experience and direct client contact. Collaborating with a national team while maintaining a strong local practice presence. Qualifications: Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Nebraska. Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience preferred, though all experience levels are welcome to apply . Strong academic background with excellent writing, research, and persuasive speaking skills. Driven team player with the ability to handle a caseload independently.
