Descripción general del puesto

La responsabilidad del técnico de servicio es investigar y reparar los defectos que estén contribuyendo a las fugas del edificio. El técnico de servicio debe aprender métodos estándar de la industria para realizar reparaciones de calidad en múltiples tipos de sistemas de techo. El técnico de servicio debe tener la capacidad de comunicarse de manera efectiva con el encargado de servicio.

El departamento de servicio es un equipo diseñado para crear una asociación entre Maxwell Roofing y el cliente. El departamento de servicio administra las funciones de servicio al cliente, incluidos los servicios de emergencia en el techo, el mantenimiento del techo y MAXCare®. El equipo de servicio está formado por el vicepresidente de servicios, el coordinador de servicios, el superintendente, el estimador/PM y las cuadrillas de servicio. El departamento de ventas, específicamente los gerentes de cuentas, trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de servicio para ayudar con las asociaciones con los clientes y las solicitudes de trabajo.

El "técnico de servicio" es responsable de las siguientes funciones esenciales:

Sigue los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos
Investiga filtraciones reportadas
Repara techos según los estándares de la industria
Aprende del encargado de servicio

Resultados clave:

Seguridad: Seguir las pautas de seguridad del programa de seguridad de Maxwell Roofing el 100% del tiempo.
Asistencia: Estar presente y llegar a tiempo todos los días.
Cero ausencias injustificadas por mes
Habilidades: Aprender los métodos de reparación adecuados. Aprobación de la calificación PSW = 6 por año
Moral: Puntuación de comportamiento > 45

Presentarse a trabajar a tiempo y presentable.
Aprovisionar el camión según las instrucciones del encargado de servicio
Escuchar / aprender las instrucciones del encargado de servicio sobre las reparaciones y técnicas adecuadas
Investigar filtraciones
Limpiar y preparar el techo para reparaciones
Realizar reparaciones estándar de la industria
Manipular materiales
Limpiar todos los escombros
