What You’ll Do

As our Receptionist / File Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate team members.
• Managing and organizing files, ensuring all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible.
• Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
• Providing bilingual (English-Spanish) support to better serve our diverse customer base.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
