Responsibilities Create chemistry problems and review how AI solves them. Analyze model responses to identify gaps in logic or understanding and provide constructive feedback with examples. Assess the model's ability to perform abstract thinking and structured problem-solving in chemistry-related scenarios. Develop reactor and process-related problems, evaluate outputs, and communicate insights clearly in a remote setting. Qualifications Ph.D. or Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field (or current pursuit of Ph.D.). Strong research and analytical skills. Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples. Strong written communication, especially in remote settings. Comfortable working independently and with stable computer and internet access. Notes This position is open only to candidates who have completed or are currently pursuing a Ph.D.; applications that do not meet this criterion will not be considered. Time Commitment & Contract Details Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST. Options: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week, or 40 hrs/week. Engagement type: Contractor assignment / freelancer (no medical/paid leave). Duration: 1 month; expected start date next week.
