Benefits A wage range of $38.22 – $57.34 Relocation assistance Hiring bonus A comprehensive benefits package A mission‑driven healthcare system Job Summary This position is responsible for assisting the surgical team during operative procedures by performing a variety of technical duties to primarily assist in the preparation and maintenance of the surgical sterile field for the operative patient. Essential Functions Arrange and inventory sterile set‑up for operations and pass items as needed to the surgical team. Understand and apply the principles of asepsis. Establish and maintain a sterile field, ensuring the team maintains a sterile environment. Assist in the preparation and movement of patients. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instrumentation. Assist with clean‑up and room turnover. Access computer information as needed, such as preference lists and digital images. Participate in all safety initiatives and adhere to programs such as SCIP and SCOAP quality initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Preferred: Accredited Program of Surgical Technology or recognized course of training in surgical technology. Required: Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration by the date of hire. Required: Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
