Duties

• Assist clients with account information, billing inquiries, and service troubleshooting
• Promote products and services to meet sales targets while ensuring customer needs are prioritized
• Enter data accurately into customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other software tools
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems and offering effective solutions
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with team members to improve call handling processes and customer satisfaction metrics
• Manage cash handling procedures when necessary during client transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role with a focus on client communication
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Strong technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and CRM software
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and patience
