PLPC Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Evenings & Weekends)

Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create & implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation per company policy. Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 27 client visits for full‑time status or 20 for part‑time status. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to meet client needs. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines and protocol. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Required Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution. Clinical licensure (PLPC) with a valid Missouri license (provisional licenses considered). Commitment to a combination of afternoon/evening hours Monday‑Friday with at least one weekend day. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Experience working with children, adolescents, and teens. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficiency with typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications Experience with couples, families, or children. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation. Location & Supervisory Structure Position located in St. Charles, Missouri. Reports to the Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor, if applicable.
