The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and balance sheets.Process invoices, payments, and payroll.Reconcile bank statements and accounts.Assist in tax preparation and filing.Ensure compliance with federal and state financial regulations.Generate financial reports and provide analysis for management.Assist with budgeting and forecasting.Collaborate with internal teams for financial planning and audits.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.years of accounting experience (public/private accounting preferred).Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.CPA or relevant certification (preferred but not required).
