Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming Mix and match paint colors to ensure seamless repairs Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects, making necessary touch-ups Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role Knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and finishing techniques Ability to operate spray guns and other painting equipment Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching Good understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation At All American Collision Center, we foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment where your skills can thrive.
