Provider Acquisition Specialist

To support the growth of a diverse network of licensed therapists, the remote Provider Acquisition Specialist will recruit professionals to join the platform, manage the onboarding process, and optimize recruitment strategies while collaborating with various teams. Key responsibilities: Recruit licensed therapists to join the network for insurance clients Manage the onboarding process through various communication methods and collaboration with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team Continuously strive to optimize recruitment processes and contribute to team efforts Required qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar role in a performance-based environment Experience selling to or recruiting healthcare providers is strongly preferred Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to analyze and present data effectively Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and follow-up tasks independently Familiarity with tech software such as Outreach.io, Hubspot, and GSuite
