JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The basic function of the position of the Accounting Associate for Bullock AG Services is to manage the appropriate accounting records, data entry, accounts receivables, accounts payable, tax filing, payroll completion and all other accounting records.

As a Accounting Associate, you will handle all the accounting needs of the organization including preparation of financial statements and quarterly and annual statements.

The Accounting Associate is responsible for bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll reconciliation, assisting in normal day-to-day accounting and finance functions of the Authority and related administrative duties as required.

You will report directly to the Owner of the organization and will engage outside CPA firm to prepare payroll reports, financial statements and tax returns as needed.

The Accounting Associate provides for the clerical needs of the Company.
