For CLS New Grads with a TRL license, the pay is a flat rate of $38.54/hour. Upon obtaining the California generalist license (MTA), your pay rate will be adjusted accordingly. Qualifications Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Bachelor's Degree or degree acceptable for California Laboratory Licensure. Must be currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of a CLS Training program. Required Certification/Registration: California Clinical Lab Scientist Trainee (TRL) License Must obtain California MTA license within 3 months of start date Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: One year experience in a clinical laboratory.
