Crystal Heating and Cooling
Serving the Greater St. Louis Area, SEMO, and surrounding communities

Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission. Total earning potential may range from $50,000 to $200,000+ annually based on performance , with additional earning potential for generating commercial replacement opportunities.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on customer needs and networking opportunities

Work Location: In-office with frequent local travel to businesses and commercial customers throughout the service area

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Growth and Partnerships Representative focused on expanding our commercial maintenance customer base.

This is a relationship-driven business development role. You will spend time in the market meeting business owners, facility managers, property managers, and other decision-makers, introducing Crystal Heating and Cooling, identifying HVAC maintenance needs, and developing long-term customer relationships.

Your goal is not simply to make a one-time sale. You will build recurring commercial relationships that create maintenance agreements, replacement opportunities, referrals, and long-term business.

What You'll Do

• Prospect for new commercial HVAC maintenance customers

• Visit businesses and develop relationships with local decision-makers

• Identify facilities that would benefit from preventive HVAC maintenance

• Present commercial maintenance programs and service solutions

• Develop proposals and follow up with prospective customers

• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners

• Network throughout the local commercial market

• Generate referrals and additional commercial opportunities

• Identify potential HVAC replacement opportunities during the sales process

• Maintain an active pipeline and track sales activity

• Continue developing customer relationships after the initial sale

What You Bring

• Commercial HVAC sales, business development, outside sales, or related experience

• Strong prospecting and relationship-building ability

• Confidence approaching and developing new commercial customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

• Ability to work in-office and travel throughout the local market

Commercial HVAC experience is highly valued, but we are especially interested in candidates who know how to develop relationships and create new business.

Compensation structure may vary based on experience and the candidate's preferred balance between base salary and commission. For proven sales professionals who prefer a highly performance-driven structure, we are open to discussing commission-focused compensation.
