Location & Position Lincoln of Mt. Laurel offers an outstanding opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their team and the Holman Family. What will you do? Oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and associated paperwork. Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and vehicle features. Explain features and benefits, and demonstrate vehicle operation in showroom or on the road. Research availability of models using computer database. Work with Sales Managers, Finance & Insurance, and negotiate sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade‑in allowance, license fee, and discount/rebates. Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory. Deliver and familiarize the customer with the vehicle. Assist Sales Manager with customer problems. Negotiate, overcome objections, and close the sale. What are we looking for? Prior sales or customer service experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Clean driving record or minimal violations.
