Supervisor, Fulfillment We’re looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment to join our team. If you’re passionate about leading teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting a fast‑paced warehouse environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact. Location Durham, NC Schedule Onsite Pay & Benefits Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You’ll Do Lead daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving Partner with leadership to achieve performance goals and operational efficiencies Monitor workflows and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions Communicate status updates, challenges, and solutions to leadership Support employee development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards What You’ll Bring High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution, including supervisory experience Knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment How You Will Be Successful Building Relationships: Lead and collaborate with teams to achieve operational success Challenging the Expected: Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Integrity and Respect: Foster a positive and accountable work environment Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance Why Join MPG?
