System Administrator

On Site Personnel is looking for a System Administrator
Duties:- Setup, manage, and oversee all IT hardware and software aspects of On Site Personnel Group Inc
- Assign information assets and resources to users
- Oversee and validate data migration of cloud and software databases
- Administer IT procurement of IT hardware and software
- Follow up with software and IT vendors for M365, QuickBooks, RightWorks, Avionte, GreenShades, GoDaddy, ADP, Coupa
- Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
- Conduct cyber security risk mitigation and cyber security incident responses; develop and implement Information System Contingency Plan using NIST SP 800-34
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues for all team members
- Develop on-demand in-house data analytics and business intelligence solutions using Python and Power Query, transforming unstructured data into structured data
- Convert data between different structures
- Orient new team members and develop training material
- Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
- Bache lor's degree is required in Computer Science or Information Technology or Analytics or Computer Information Systems
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration
