System Administrator

On Site Personnel is looking for a System Administrator

Duties:

Setup, manage, and oversee all IT hardware and software aspects of On Site Personnel Group Inc
Assign information assets and resources to users
Oversee and validate data migration of cloud and software databases
Administer IT procurement of IT hardware and software
Follow up with software and IT vendors for M365, QuickBooks, RightWorks, Avionte, GreenShades, GoDaddy, ADP, Coupa
Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors
Conduct cyber security risk mitigation and cyber security incident responses; develop and implement Information System Contingency Plan using NIST SP 800-34
Troubleshoot IT-related issues for all team members
Develop on-demand in-house data analytics and business intelligence solutions using Python and Power Query, transforming unstructured data into structured data
Convert data between different structures
Orient new team members and develop training material
Negotiate pricing and leverage competition among vendors

Requirements:

Bache lor's degree is required in Computer Science or Information Technology or Analytics or Computer Information Systems
2+ years of experience in IT administration
