Clearview offers every service and amenity needed in an outpatient setting and our dedication to research and involvement in Phase I-IV clinical trials gives our patients the opportunity to receive potentially life-saving treatment options.Job purposeThe purpose of the Quality Data Analyst is to assist the Director of Quality in implementing and maintaining internal quality programs and government quality programs throughout the organization, across the practice's multiple service lines. The Quality Data Analyst will assist with activities related to company and government directed projects as assigned.Duties and responsibilitiesManage incident training and reportingSign off on all incident reports, ensure they are routed to the correct department manager, and review and escalate as necessaryPrepare biannual and annual incident summary reportsMaintain an incident/accident dashboardCompile Improvement Activities (IA) report summaries on a recurring basis for Director of Quality sign-offReview service line-specific IA forms and support integration into shared Quality workflowsCompile IA reports for partner or affiliate organizations as applicablePull MIPS reports across service lines and review for discrepanciesSupport MIPS measure integration across service lines and review patient data in operational dashboards for measure accuracyPrepare annual reports and quality trending reportsMaintain automated reporting for required patient assessment and documentation dataPull and review recurring compliance and operational reportsCompile and distribute patient assessment data to relevant departmentsReview missing orders or documentation against automated system outputMaintain department and company forms, training materials, SOPs, etc.Maintain a shared repository of department documentation; update as needed and conduct a full review annuallySupport implementation of quality projects and initiatives throughout the organizationIncludes projects such as student request processes, laboratory-related IA reports, and critical value reporting processesDevelop SOPs for clinical data processes (e.g., critical lab result routing and escalation)Perform data mining, analysis, and interpretation of results for assigned metrics related to internal and government quality programsEnsure that all processes contributing to the performance of the department are conducted properlyRun coverage reports as needed and review for accuracyMaintain knowledge of quality legislation and compliance issuesProvide training and support to department employees related to new project implementationMaintain reports and database functions related to assigned projectsProvide reports upon request from clinical and support department leadersTrack and review all adverse reactionsMaintain an automated reactions dashboardLog related report calls as requiredReview billing related to care management programs, including copays and write-offsReview billing enhancements and updates within the practice EHRSupport transcription process updates and improvementsSupport ad hoc data projects as assignedProvide training and support to be prepared for potential inspections by regulatory authoritiesComplete audits and reporting tasks per department calendarOther projects and duties as assignedQualificationsMust be familiar with quality processes, risk management, and government terminology/programs (e.g., MIPS, Improvement Activities)Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and through written work, including detailed reportsMust be well organizedMust be able to prioritize and complete work in an efficient and timely manner in order to meet assigned deadlinesMust be able to work well with others as well as independentlyMust be flexible and adaptiveMust be a quick learner and self-starterMust be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree in health informatics, public health, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceAt least one year in quality assurance, quality improvement, compliance, and/or data analysis preferredHealthcare experience preferredWorking conditionsThis position works in the administration department of a multi-specialty medical practice. There may be times when some direct patient care or patient interactions may be required. This position may have to work overtime (nights or weekends) in order to complete tasks.Physical requirementsThis position requires that the employee be able to sit in front of a computer for the duration of the workday.
