New Business Operations Specialist (Life & Annuities)

MassMutual Great Lakes

MassMutual Great Lakes is seeking a New Business Coordinator – Life & Annuities to support career and brokerage advisors by guiding applications from intake to policy delivery. You will blend underwriting knowledge with operations to ensure timely, accurate case progression.

In this role you will handle data entry, document prep, tracking requirements, and provide timely updates to advisors and leadership while ensuring compliance with company and carrier guidelines.
