What You’ll Do
As a Home Health RN, you will:
Provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes and long-term care settings

Conduct assessments and ongoing care planning

Administer medications, treatments, wound care, and monitoring

Coordinate care with physicians, APRNs, therapists, and families

Educate patients and caregivers with compassion and clarity

Document services accurately and timely

Be part of a collaborative, supportive care team

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for nurses who:
Are licensed Registered Nurses (RN) in the State of Indiana

Have strong clinical judgment and compassion
