Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead daily business activities, optimize operational processes, and drive team success. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all departments run efficiently and effectively Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities Coordinate inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and merchandising strategies Supervise purchasing activities, negotiate with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards in cashiering, sales, and customer interactions Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost retail sales and meet business targets Skills Strong management skills with proven supervisory experience in retail or similar environments Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective team coordination and customer engagement Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory control, and cash handling procedures Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training & development Knowledge of retail management software and wireless sales is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management Ability to lead shift management activities while maintaining a positive work environment Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence Join us as an Operations Manager to make a meaningful impact by leading teams to success while enjoying a vibrant work environment that values your leadership and initiative!
