Clinical Sales Representative

Levita Magnetics is transforming minimally invasive surgery through Magnetic Surgery® and its surgical robot MARS™. We operate in a lean, fast-paced environment with a growing pipeline of innovative products focused on improving surgical outcomes and patient care. We are seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to support the expansion and adoption of Levita’s surgical technology across assigned clinical centers in the Miami area. This is a high-impact, field-based role with strong commercial focus, autonomy, and direct exposure to surgeons and healthcare teams. Success in this position is measured through active robot utilization, surgeries performed, and meaningful adoption of Levita’s technology. Key Responsibilities Maximize the use of Levita’s surgical robot across assigned clinical centers by driving the highest possible number of surgeries each month. Promote and position the value of Levita’s technology with surgeons, operating room staff, and healthcare teams, building strong and long-term relationships. Provide in-person support during surgeries, assisting surgeons and clinical staff with technical and operational needs throughout procedures. Ensure proper availability and use of all necessary products at each center, including robots, instruments, and related materials. Monitor and track commercial activity including visits, meetings, calls, surgeries performed, and instruments used. Prepare and share commercial performance reports, highlighting results, opportunities, challenges, and action plans. Maintain accurate and organized records of field activity, planning, and execution. Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activity, and Levita’s evolving technology portfolio. Collaborate closely with clinical, commercial, and operations teams to achieve and exceed monthly targets. Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Healthcare, or related fields. Experience in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or operating room support preferred. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with healthcare professionals. Comfortable working in clinical environments and operating rooms. Highly organized with strong follow-up and reporting skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Willingness to travel locally between assigned clinical centers.
