About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Director of Engagement Strategy to lead and drive strategic engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing account growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing tactical plans that ensure the delivery of high-quality engagement strategies. This role involves mentoring junior talent, advocating for engagement strategy, and influencing strategic decisions to achieve business outcomes and foster agency growth. The VP Director will also be expected to interface with senior clients, manage multiple accounts, and provide strategic guidance on both on- and offline channels. Applicants for the VP Director of Engagement Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years' of experience in healthcare marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with experience in brainstorming software and online collaboration platforms. The role demands exceptional communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead teams and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business success through the delivery of impactful engagement strategies and will be adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
