Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of each patient's condition to identify impairments and functional limitations, facilitating the formulation of tailored treatment plans that focus on measurable goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced technologies such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to address patients' unique physical challenges.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting the treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and maintaining up-to-date documentation in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Develop and teach home exercise programs, educating patients and their families about conditions and self-management strategies to empower them in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide integrated care for patients, enhancing their recovery processes.
• Establish trust-based relationships with patients, offering consistent encouragement and support throughout their rehabilitation process, while inspiring them to achieve their personal health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily involves working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid California state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience.
