- Manage Studio Operations : Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
- Promote Orangetheory : Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
- Motivate and Inspire : Youll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience
- Sales Expertise : 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
- Customer Service Skills : 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
- Self-Motivated : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team Player : A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts
