What We Offer:

• $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)
• Commissions: Up to $2,500/year

What You'll Do:

• Drive Sales : Engage with potential members, explain the benefits of Orangetheory, and close membership sales
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service : Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
• Manage Studio Operations : Help manage daily studio operations, including multitasking during busy hours
• Promote Orangetheory : Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
• Motivate and Inspire : Youll be the face of the studio, ensuring every member has a positive experience

What Were Looking for Full-Time or Part-Time:

• Sales Expertise : 1+ years of sales experience (preferred)
• Customer Service Skills : 1+ years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
• Self-Motivated : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team Player : A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial

Required Availability:

• Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
