Sr. Transaction Manager

Job Title Sr. Transaction Manager Summary As a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, the Sr. Transaction Manager will be dedicated to one or more of Cushman & Wakefield’s most dynamic client accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with peers and the account team to support a client’s strategic real‑estate vision. The role involves oversight of transactions from initiation through execution, program management of stakeholder inputs, and oversight of account team support including transaction managers, coordinators, and analysts. Responsibilities Implement portfolio plans with client real‑estate goals in mind. Optimize and integrate portfolio with clients’ workplace strategy. Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms for transactions including lease, sale, build‑to‑suit, sublease, and purchase. Collaborate with internal contributors and client stakeholders. Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications. Work with clients’ operational groups to identify real‑estate needs. Prepare, review, and interpret financial analysis/accounting concepts. Report all transaction revenue; ensure accuracy of all transaction reports and client materials. Present transaction activity to client and Cushman & Wakefield management. Lead and/or facilitate client meetings. Provide supervision for transactional team members and others supporting the transaction activity of the relationship. Process and program management: develop and implement standardized processes, oversee continuous improvement, create performance measurements, and implement account operations playbook. Oversee transaction service delivery: coordinate and manage transaction teams; oversee broker selection; determine client needs; oversee negotiations; coordinate portfolio administration; coordinate legal review; ensure accuracy of financial data; resolve landlord/tenant disputes; coordinate site visits/market tours; ensure state real‑estate standards; oversee budgeting and revenue tracking; manage client rebate account. Strategic planning: lead strategic plans, lead cost savings strategies, expansion/contraction strategies; produce and support business cases; prepare reports, data, and financial analyses; execute strategies by developing action plans; quantify and report on cost savings and value add analyses. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 7+ years real‑estate experience in transaction management or corporate real‑estate. Experience with high‑level, complex transaction management including lease negotiations and strategy. Must obtain and hold a state real‑estate salesperson license. LEED, MCR, CCIM designations are a plus. Ability to read and understand commercial real‑estate transaction documents (lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement). The compensation range for this position is $86,700.00–$102,000.00.
