Financial Analyst

Job description: Our client is seeking a financial professional to support financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This role will partner across the organization to analyze performance, provide financial insights, and support strategic decision-making and month-end close.Responsibilities include:Provide financial analysis for new product development, including gross margin, NPV, ROI, and post-launch performance.Partner with Sales on forecasting, pricing, commissions, rebates, customer incentives, and sales performance analysis.Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, month-end close, and variance analysis.Prepare financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packages for leadership, the Board, and banking partners.Develop financial models and analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Qualifications: QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role in manufacturing.Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.Familiarity with data visualization tools and exposure to large datasets or basic SQL.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
