Responsibilities Provide server support by maintaining ice water, cheese rolls, side dishes, and other items as directed at each table. Execute table clean‑up and set‑up efficiently. Transport trays from the dining room to the dishwashing area. Complete any beginning or closing shift duties. Assist in maintaining each service station and manage competing demands while putting the guest first. Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and transport objects up to 25lbs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Fixed rate of $12.77 per hour and eligible to receive tips. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance are available for full‑time, hourly team members from the first of the month following 60days of employment. Company‑paid Life Insurance and Short‑Term Disability are provided where allowed. A comprehensive voluntary benefits package includes Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident Coverage, Permanent Life, and Pet Insurance. Part‑time team members may receive a Minimum Essential Coverage health plan plus Dental, Vision, Short‑Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with coverage starting as early as the first of the month after hire.
