1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm

Mandatory OT on Fridays. Candidates can expect 45-50 hours per week.

Job Description

This role focuses on accurately printing picking requests, pulling and staging parts, and delivering complete kits to production while maintaining precise inventory records. You will use scanners, Microsoft Excel, and Smartsheet to track materials, support warehouse operations, and ensure parts flow efficiently between inventory and the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Print picking request packets and review them for accuracy before beginning any pull.
• Pull and stage parts for delivery to production, ensuring all required components are included and correctly labeled.
• Use a handheld scanner to update inventory systems by allocating parts to specific jobs and maintaining accurate stock levels.
• Deliver kitted parts to the production floor upon request, confirming that kits meet production requirements.
• Document all material movements and updates using Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet to maintain accurate and current records.
• Return unused parts from completed kits back into inventory, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
• Assign storage locations for non-returnable parts to allow for possible future use and minimize waste.
• Operate and maneuver a forklift safely to complete deliveries and returns between the warehouse and production areas.
• Support the warehouse team in fulfilling material requests from the production floor and service departments as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all kitting, picking, and inventory tasks.
• Follow established safety procedures and use provided tools and equipment correctly to complete daily tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Wyoming, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
