This is an opportunity to advise strategic buyers, sellers, and private equity firms on sophisticated M&A transactions in a fast-growing market.Ideal Candidate Profile:4–7 years of private equity and/or M&A experience at a top-tier corporate law firmDemonstrated experience managing significant private equity or M&A dealsSuperior academic credentials and strong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsAdmitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applyingWhat You'll Do:Advise clients on complex mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other private equity transactionsServe as a key contact on deal teams, managing workstreams and contributing to client strategyCollaborate with colleagues across offices and disciplines in a supportive, team-oriented environmentKey Skills:Strong business judgment and attention to detailExcellent writing, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits:Expected base salary range: $310,000 – $420,000, commensurate with experience and locationComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Work environment: Hybrid model with regular in-office presence and flexibility for remote work.
