Opportunity:
Physician - Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% office-based, outpatient Primary Care setting serving patients 18 and older
• Full-time, weekdays only schedule with flexible schedule options available
• Minimal call responsibilities averaging only 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight approximately every 2 months
• Optional teaching opportunities with faculty appointment available
• Ambient AI integration streamlines clinical documentation and reduces administrative burden, allowing physicians to focus on meaningful patient interactions
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal support efficient daily operations
• Streamlined access to Behavioral Health, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• Robust staffing including nursing support and your own Medical Assistant
• Established mentorship and orientation programs designed for newly hired providers and those new to practice
• Continuous development opportunities through The Center for Education Simulation & Innovation (CESI), Provider Leadership Development Institute, and an on-demand learning platform including CME and special courses
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings

• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
