Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference supporting students by providing physical therapy services in a school-based contract position near Brownsburg, IN. This role offers part-time hours, with flexibility to structure your schedule for 4-6 hours each day and the convenience of choosing which days during the week you work. You’ll work with an 11-student caseload, helping each student achieve their individual goals within a supportive educational setting.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana
• Experience supporting children and/or youth in school or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with school staff, families, and other service providers
• Dedication to individualized, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans for a caseload of 11 students
• Conduct evaluations to assess students’ motor skills, mobility, and functional abilities within the school environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists to ensure coordinated, effective support
• Document assessments, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Adapt interventions and strategies to promote accessibility, participation, and independence in the classroom and throughout the school day
